I requested emergency service on a Saturday. Gentleman stopped by before picking up the truck. We looked at the septic together and he told me that I did not need the septic pumped out until Monday and thus saved me the extra cost of emergency service. I am very appreciative of his honesty and helpfulness. This is the company that I will continue to use in the future.

We called on a Sunday night hoping to get Monday service. The wind chill was well below zero when they arrived on Monday morning. In a little over an hour, they had us up and running and the price was very reasonable. We had Lakeland out years ago for service and expected the price to be much higher than we paid back then. It was not considering the price increases of everything else over the years. These guys know what they are doing! Can't say enough good things about Lakeland!

I'm very impressed with Lakeland Septic and so grateful to have found them- I was having difficulty finding a company who will pump out tanks in Lake county. Lakeland was flexible with scheduling, communicative and on time. When they were here, they were friendly, happy to answer my husband's many questions and gave us really good info about our system. I also think their pricing is very reasonable. We will absolutely use Lakeland for any septic pumps or maintenance going forward. I highly recommend them.
